Super Program camera to sell31 Mar 2007 20:43 GMT13
I am about to sell my 1984 Super Program with several lenes.  It
has been parked since 1987 as that year I had an serious car accident
and didn't use it much after that time.  Two lenses are unused, A 28mm
f2.8 and a 200mm f1.4.  The 50mm f1.7 is near new and the primary lens
Edie Sedgewick photos31 Mar 2007 18:15 GMT4
This'll probably get Bret's knickers in a twist.  (Did I actually say
that?)
Today's NY Times (nytimes.com, for the online edition) ran a story on
Andy Warhol and the role of Edie Sedgewick as his muse.  I took screen

[SI] Comments on Asymmetry31 Mar 2007 04:12 GMT33
OK, in celebration of my just now completed replacement of a 49 Kbps dial-up
modem Internet connection (with an effective throughput of about half that)

(Damn these photos come up fast!)

Canon's Mk III firmware already cracked and modded!!!30 Mar 2007 04:52 GMT6
This is truly insane!  They already have the firmware cracked and made major
improvements to the firmware of the Mk III.  This must be an unauthorized
Canon release or somebody at Canon is very marketing savvy!

Xtreme photography - looking for inspiration/ideas30 Mar 2007 03:07 GMT12
Every now and then I feel a bit jaded and uninspired, and like to have
a go at new stuff.
I'm currently waiting on delivery of an X400 ND filter, so I can play
around with long daylight exposures (what a daredevil I am!).
Canon 16-35mm F2.829 Mar 2007 23:33 GMT6
Is Canon releasing a replacement to the 16-35 2.8?
Same specs but possibly different glass, blades, etc?
Any ideas?

[SI] Shooting comentary (and more)29 Mar 2007 05:22 GMT13
After the crap going on in this group about my photos and the troll
activity getting mobile again. It's no wonder there are so few entries in
this month's shootin. "I guess you reap what you sow" as far as
participation goes.

Are Clients Balking At Paying Film/Processing Costs?29 Mar 2007 02:31 GMT26
Now that so many pros have migrated to digital workflow, are clients balking
at paying film and processing costs to those professional photographers that
continue to shoot on film?
Do you even itemize those line items separately, or just present one

has enough extra room for a generous collection of supporting paraphernalia.
While it's really nice to have all this stuff when out and about, I've
decided that something much smaller, on occasion, would be ...
