I have an Olympus D595 5MP Digital Camera with 3x Optical Zoom, bought about 2.5 years ago. I can no longer get it to start. No matter what set of fully-charged batteries I put into it, I get the "battery empty" screen and it immediately shuts down.

I've noticed that many point-and-shoots have a minimum aperture of about f-8. If a guy wanted to increase the depth of field beyond that provided by this aperture, would a neutral density filter work? My Canon A720 can be fitted with an adapter that will accept filters, etc,

I'm currently using the RAW fiel converter plugin for my camera in Photoshop, but it's not everything it could be in my opinion. Can anyone recommend a good (either free or else easily affordable on a low budget) RAW converter that will work for Fuji RAF format files?

I had been trying to get the fella on the water in the sunset shots but was losing light. I was about to take the flash off and noticed these two coming in to land. I got a couple of shots but the flash only fired on this one.

Approximately how many pictures can you store on a 2gb memory card at the highest quality when using a 7megapixel camera. I looked in the manual that I downloaded but couldn't find the answer to this question.
