I had my mind set on the Canon 40D when I started reading up on the Nikon D200. Could anyone make a recommendation as to which one I should get? I currently don't have a DSLR camera so lenses and accessories don't have to

| Question about Copyright and Wikipedia image use policies. | 31 Dec 2007 05:31 GMT | 9 |
I recently created a Wikipedia page and am encountering difficulty with Wikipedia's policies on use of an image. I inserted an image from a page on a performer's management company's site that states the images are specifically for use in articles about

| macro flash query | 29 Dec 2007 13:40 GMT | 43 |
OK, I've been taking macro photos for a while and have recently started to use flash (EF100mm macro lens, canon 420EX, 20D). Here's the query: According to many books I've looked at I should be able to take a macro shot of an insect in daylight using flash using the following ...

| sea water | 29 Dec 2007 12:29 GMT | 14 |

| Pentax | 28 Dec 2007 13:46 GMT | 28 |
Is there anyone else on this group using a Pentax DSLR, there seems to be a lot of talk about Nikon and Canon. I have a Pentax K100D and find it excellent, but Pentax seem to be the poor relations of the digital world.

| req: Canon wide angle zoom recommendation | 26 Dec 2007 10:52 GMT | 1 |

| Dust | 26 Dec 2007 03:11 GMT | 3 |
Dust on the sensor is one of the drawbacks of DSLR's but I've got a problem with dust on (or rather in) one of my lenses. It's not noticeably affecting any of my pictures but I can see a couple of tiny grains of dust inside the front element of the lens. It's a duo-cam Nikon ...
