| Need Advice | 09 Nov 2007 18:01 GMT | 5 |
I have about 75 (36 shot) rolls of 35mm B&W negs (Mostly TriX) and I want to convert them to jpgs. I was looking at the prices to have this done professionally and I thought that perhaps due to the quantity, it would be cheaper to buy a film scanner and do it myself.

| Camera suggestions | 06 Nov 2007 14:47 GMT | 19 |
I have a Sony DSCH1. It's quite a camera, but has limitations. I learned a lot on it, and taken some great pictures. I think I've outgrown it, and want the Nikon D40x with the two lenses. I need more glass on a lot of longer range bird and wildlife shots.
