| Bridge camera | 05 Apr 2007 22:53 GMT | 9 |
I am shopping around for a bridge camera (between compact and DSLR). I use a film SLR (nikon f80) and want to upgrade to digital. Any recommendations? Any good and/or bad experiences to share with bridge-style cameas specific models, to get me started in my hunt?

| Velvia? | 05 Apr 2007 02:26 GMT | 27 |
I have 2 rolls of Velvia which I never used, but can I use this film with my old Canon EOS 1000F 35mm SLR? I've never used Velvia and have no idea how I came to have them in my possession. ;-)

| Sanjaia has me considering experimenting with the gay | 03 Apr 2007 02:24 GMT | 6 |
Like I'm a straight guy and everything but Sanjaya is so dainty and cute and sh.t. I'm pretty masculine so I'd be on top -probably- and I guess we would just start with cuddling and maybe a backrub. Anyone else find Sanjaya adorable?

| D30 Overexposing? | 01 Apr 2007 23:09 GMT | 1 |
I have a Canon EOS 30D, which seems to overexpose a lot, but only with one lens. With the standard Canon 18 - 55 lens it works fine, no problems at all, but if I use my Sigma 28-300, it overexposes significantly. Now, the

| ISO speed? | 01 Apr 2007 19:50 GMT | 10 |
I've used digital for so long now, I've forgotten the basics of film photography. I found a couple of rolls of film which are ISO 400 and plan to use them tomorrow, but I only ever used ISO 100 or 200 in the past. What will be the most noticeable difference in my shots tomorrow ...

| Florescent vs. incandescent fading | 01 Apr 2007 18:13 GMT | 10 |
I read the other day that florescent light will cause photos to turn green, or maybe it is more correct to say they will destroy the other colors leaving only the greenish tint. I thought all light would do that over time. If we are going to be switching more and more to these ...

| Case care | 01 Apr 2007 12:10 GMT | 1 |
I have a camera case that is about two years old now. It is one of the inexpensive ($20) range, and is made of black sewn canvas. It has gotten dirty. Can I wash it? Maybe put it in a mesh bag, and put it in with some Woolite? Anyone ever try this? I can get some dust out ...
