What is a good way to check for dust on the sensor of my digital camera? I have tried taking an unfocussed picture of a white sheet of paper, however I do not see any dust when I look at the image. Now that of course may be a good thing but I've had this camera for about a year ...

I keep forgetting to take my macro setting off after using it. Then, I take a bunch of pictures with the "flower" icon in the rangefinder. And most of them are fuzzy. Any way to prevent this, or set it so that it resets itself when the camera
