Watch out for third party print processors19 Dec 2006 15:16 GMT3
My system is calibrated so what I see on the display is very close to
what comes out of the printer, allowing for the fact that the display

myself.  However, if I have a lot of snapshots to process, I ...

Watermarking?18 Dec 2006 13:45 GMT16
What is involved in getting a "watermark" and just how much protection does
it give a photographer on his pictures?  I shoot a lot of stuff, and am
going in the direction of shooting about a magnitude of two more.  Some of
it, I would love to share, but some of the best stuff, I ...

with the Newest Nikon Capture software?
It will with Photoshop, as well as Elements. All it really does is use
iphoto to organize mostly. It will use Photoshop or elements to do any
Will a windshield repair kit fix a dinged condenser lens?17 Dec 2006 14:17 GMT7
I accidentally dinged the flat side of a condenser lens with the edge
of another lens, made a small gouge probably a couple of 1/1000ths "
deep give or take - I can feel it with a fingernail - and it's quite
visible when projecting an image through it.

Fogging of films at airport x-rays15 Dec 2006 16:00 GMT3
Kodak website assures us that all films passing through x-rays (whether
for carry on or checked baggage) will be fogged.
However, I have never heard from anyone claiming their film has been
fogged from airport x-rays.
