| Digital has come of age | 18 Nov 2006 07:26 GMT | 31 |
I've been shooting digital now for six years, and I think that the advances in technology have reached a point where it really is a great medium. The sensitivity of the camera sensors now, mean that there is little that you can do with film that you can't do with digital.

| What can cause film emulsion to become damaged? | 15 Nov 2006 20:43 GMT | 1 |
What can cause film emulsion to become damaged? I have been scanning some Kodachrome 25 slides from a 1975 trip to Hawaii. The slides have all received identical care, and have never had anything happen that should damage the film emulsion.

| Printing photo books: Any experience with Viovio? | 14 Nov 2006 16:48 GMT | 3 |
I'm considering getting some of my photos printed and bound as a book. I'm not planning on mass-producing or selling them; this would just be a nice way for me to keep and show my photos. I'm looking for some combination of good quality and inexpensive.

| black and white contrast filters | 12 Nov 2006 23:44 GMT | 9 |
I currently use both a 35mm SLR and a TLR medium format camera, mostly for shooting black and white. However, I think that by not having contrast filters, many of my shots have suffered. I was wondering if there is any filter system I could get that I can use with both cameras.
