When I take a picture and down load it into my computer (JEP) whenever I email to someone its always full page size. How do I make it smaller (I guess that also means the picture file size will also be smaller ?). I know this my be mandane for many of you but I just cant seem ...

I'd like to digitize some 35mm negatives. I've used Tesco's service and had them put on a CD, but the resolution is ridiculously low, and they save them in JPEG format with a high compression ration, meaning the images are terrible quality.
