This News Group is morphing to nothing more then "see my web site" or "I've posted new photos". That's not what the Charter supports nor was the intention in creating this News Group. If you want to show off photos, go to a Binaries News Group and post them.

so, everything is coming along nicely with my brand new film camera... except the pictures. but alas! i'll not lose faith. i would like; however, some advice regarding development. what's the most cost-effective method of having film developed - not doing it myself,

I bought what I thought was a very small digital camera. It's approx 95 x 60 x 20 mm (under 120 grams). Then I saw that back in 2003, Casio launched the S3 and it was only 90 x 57 x 12mm (weight 72 grams).

I have photos of a landscape that are 1.5 MB each, and I would like to reduce them. The menu says my photo is some 19 cm wide. I set it to 15 cm, and this brings the size down to about 400 KB.
