Digital photography vs. film photography: which do you prefer?16 Dec 2005 05:35 GMT48
My personal opinion is that film is way better than digital. With film,
the quality of the photo is virtually endless. You have no pixels to
worry about.

Lately I haven't felt much like photography.. well, that's not exactly

Anyone ever experience something similar?  What did you do to get out of the

Flying with film15 Dec 2005 04:37 GMT15
I'll be taking a trip in January.  Is it safe to travel trough airports with
film these days?  Can you get your film through without having it X-rayed?
Both exposed and unexposed and possibly still loaded in the camera. Anyone
have some experience with this?

infinity, given a specific f-stop?
Which lenses fits my Canon EOS 350D?14 Dec 2005 15:55 GMT7
I wonder how I could determine which lenses that fits my Canon EOS
350D. Will older Canon lenses from old SLR's from the 80's fit? If I
see a Canon lens in a store for used equipment, how could I tell
wheather it will fit my camera or not?
SanDisk Photo Album13 Dec 2005 19:24 GMT1
I recently got the SanDisk Photo Album.  When I display a picture on my

the vertical tube at the left showing how much zoom is being used. ...

have an opportunity to buy some macro lenses, but with 55mm threads.
My stupid question is, if I attach a macro lens to the front of my 2 ...
Re: A Stupid Question13 Dec 2005 05:28 GMT1
This is what the person with the macro lenses had to say:
Hi,
Have you received my last email? there is no point in using close-up
lenses together with the telephoto lens (it will blut out).

I created an ICC-printerprofile with a Pulse Color Analyser . So as a result
i have an .icc-file. The manuals say as an XP-user I should "right click the
file ans choose Install Profile".
Done so, hardly anything happens, and photoshop doesn't "see" any new
