Save Black & White Photo In Roll26 Sep 2005 19:01 GMT10
I have a non-replaceable black and white photograph that has been
rolled up in a tube for over 50 years.  I am afraid that it will crack
if I attempt to unroll it.  What can be done to restore it to a flat
condition?
Lens help for newbie26 Sep 2005 16:12 GMT4
Hopefully I can get some good advice here. By the looks of the pictures you
people are taking, I have a lot to learn. I have just purchased my first
digital camera that I can attach standard 35mm lenses to. The camera is a
Fuji S7000 and has a 55mm thread on it. My question is, are ...
Wide ANgle Lenses26 Sep 2005 13:47 GMT1
I'm looking to add more lenses to my lens collection. Thus far I have a
Canon 50 f.18, Canon 18-55 f35 and a Tamron 28-75 f2.8. The Canon 18-55
is a very bad lens with too many problems to continue using it.

ICC Profiles, Web Browsers, and Your Images26 Sep 2005 07:20 GMT55
Do you know that images you post on the web might not be the same thing
that others see? That those vibrant colors you spent that two grand in
order to catch will appear flat?  Yes, many here probably already know
this but I had to explain it for someone else and thought this ...

Can anyone recommend software to keep track of my ins and outs?  I've been
getting more business lately and think its time to keep track of things.
Thanks all.
Question About Exposure & Flash25 Sep 2005 21:51 GMT6
These may be dumb questions...
Using a Nikon D50 dSLR - have done "old style" photography many years ago,
but have forgotten most of it (And it was all outdoors work).
Anyway, I've been getting back into understanding shutter speed/aperture

Someone on here recently posted a link to a freeware prog which, amongst

Cheap large-format printing in UK24 Sep 2005 18:05 GMT1
I used Enigma Print UK recently http://www.enigmaprint.co.uk as they

print for £18.71 (includes p&p and VAT) and I'm really pleased with
the results but wonder if anyone has seen anywhere cheaper as I'm on a
