Hi people.
I have a Nikon F80 + SB24 and simply want to use the flash off the camera
for now. I don't need to hook up multiple flashes. I see a  SC17 available,
but it's freakin' expensive. What other options are there? I see a few

I seem to have lost the bit off the top of my tripod, the detachable bit
that screws into the camera. Probably a dumb question but are they a
universal size or am I looking at purchasing a whole new tripod?

I just bought a new pana z20, and I am taking some test shots.
I know that the digital non SLR have a huge depth of field, but I saw
