Does anybody has any comment about buying form CCI Camera City Inc?

Any idea how much I could expect to pay for a replacement shutter mechanism
for a Canon 300D in the UK?

What program do you use to keep track of your locations that you use? I
would prefer one that allows me to include a thumbnail and categories.
i.e.. graffiti, rock walls, etc.

Well, I've finally decided to attempt making my very own old-style wooden
box camera.
Having thought about this for quite awhile, I've got some ideas I definately
want to incorporate into my end design....

Using a 10D what would be the ideal parameter settings when shooting on jpeg
mode.
(contrast, sharpness, colour saturation and colour tone/balance)

I shoot a lot of freelance (weddings, families, on location stuff...) and
shoot in a studio (not mine) as well. As I finally have the space to do it
I'd like to set up a small home studio.
Problem is, I know absolutely nothing about buying or setting up lighting.

I am looking to purchase an external flash for my 20D. I have been trying to
capture insects in mid flight, but cant get the shutter quick enough due to
the 1/250 min sync speed of the built in flash. I am not using a macro lens
for these shots, but am looking to get a macro lens ...

I am taking photos at a large dinner / event on Saturday night in a large
hall. I use a Canon 10D / 550 EX  /  24-85 F3.5 USM / 50mm F1.8 / sigma
18-125mm DC / 70-200 F4 CANON .
Might be a stupid question ,, but do I need to keep the UV filters on or can

After I decided that I'll get the Nikon D2X at a very good deal from the
local Nikon Dealer, I went to check the camera , but there was like a finger
print on the viewfinder, and the LCD plastic cover has scratches as if it's
been used a long time, the LCD is Clean though.

I had a fujifilm finepix s1 before and it had a software which allow you to
take snaps from the attached camera, and you can set it to take a snap every
(whatever time you select) like a snape every 1 minite and it will store it
on the computer.

Looking for constructive criticism - I just did my first RAW
conversion, and would love some tips, helpful hints, positive
criticism.  I used RawShooter Essentials and Photoshop 7.0.

I am new to digital editing.  I have already purchased Microsoft Digital
Image Pro 10.  How does this software compare to Adobe Photoshop Elements
3.0?  I would like to have opinions before I spend a lot of time learning.
