Being a tech junkie, I'm on my third digital camera since they came out. I have a Nikon 5700 that I have been pretty happy with, but I missed the manual settings I always used on my film camera. Especially the manual focus as I was missing those quick candid shots while waiting ...

I have to take 1300 passport sized photos of pupils in our school for a smart card system. I have a canon rebel camera and I was wondering if there was an easy way to do this to avoid cutting in photoshop ? Is there an application that takes the pics at passport size and saves ...

I finally unpacked and set up my Epson R1800 today, following the tips/links for the new drivers and profiles, although i dont have any previous prints to compare to the first print I did, which was very impressive. this was from a 2.2 kb / 2256x1496 pixel jpeg file

Just wanted some comments on a photo I took in Porto, Portugal, which came out perfectly with the colours, lighting etc. It's using a 300D. I was just over the moon when I looked at it enlarged on the PC. Can you comment?

I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas about shooting a wedding at sunset. I'm assuming there will be little light , possibly dim lights/candles etc. I don't want to have to be confined to a tripod.

Pop up flash necessary for flash use is prevented from opening when flash is mounted on hot shoe. Is there a cable that would connect from camera hot shoe to flash shutter cord or hot shoe connection. The digital camera does not have a flash sync cable connection.

At the moment, I use the standard flash built onto the 300D, but don't like the cold colours that this shows. I'd like to get a flash that fits onto the camera, to try and improve my flash photography. Could anyone recommend a good flash, that isn't too pricey? (UK)
