I'm looking for a nice wee compact digital camera to complement my D100, and I've been looking at Canon's Ixus 40 and the 500. Now, to me, they seem very similar indeed. The two differences that I can see are that the 40 has a huge LCD screen, and 4 Megapixels, and

Been trying to justify buying one, but need to know how good it really is, anyone used/own one. How's it gonna compare to my eos5 and 50e? is ?650 a good deal for a refurbed ex display model? should i just buy a coolscan?

Hi all, Im looking at upgrading to a canon eos 20d, and have seen it supplied with 2 different lens deals, the first being the 18-55mm and the other the 17-85 mm is usm, does anyone have any views on weather the second option is worth an extra $400. Thanks
