It seems that the big guys (ofoto, shutterfly, snapfish) seem to charge around $4 for an 8x10" print. Does anyone know if there's a less expensive, just-as-reliable alternative? Any outfits that give dicounts for orders of 20+?

I am a little confused here. I know when i use a 35mm lens on my digital rebel, that i get a 1.6 magnification factor. Question 1. If I am using an EF-S lens does this mean i get the folcal length that is printed on the lens, ie the 18-55mm that comes with the rebel

Do you know how to put the camara in a vertical position using a tripod? I'm triying with mine, a Velbon VTP-815, but I can?t find the way to put it in the position I want. My camera is a Nikon Coolpix 4300. Thanks in advance and excuse my English
