Tried this on a UK list but it doesn't seem too busy at the moment. I am

There's a gadget called a "Hoodman" -- it's a black flip-up cover for the
LCD on your digital camera.  I got one and found it looks cool, but makes it
a slight nuisance to refer to the histogram.  However in very bright
daylight, it helps a lot to shadow the screen.  Anybody else ...

If you are around Ron (or anyone else from this fine company!), how
about popping over to the Fungus on Kodachrome thread, and telling us
where you guys hide all your OTHER technical publications..   We've
seen them, and we know they were there *once*......

I have been using my Nikon 90X for ever and have done some successful
infrared photography.
Here is my question, can I by a infrared filter and stick it on my D70

I think I've gotten along long enough just toting my camera and two main
lenses around on their straps, and would like to actually pick up a bag to
carry everything in.  The equipment I want to carry around:
- Canon EOS 20D

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience of using a Pentax Optio 750Z
Camera (5 megapixel, 2cm macro) for jewelery photography?  This is mainly to
be used for inventory purposes....but also for short run/web promotional use
too - so it needs to be good quality and ...

I am getting into photography and I want to know the basics of
Exposure, Apeture, Shutter Speeds etc. What iis what and what do they
