I'm new to the group and already noticed that people here are very
helpful!
I also just wanted to let everybody know that a new D70 joined my
family this weekend and already I have fallen deeply in love with it.

Nikon D70 and Lens quality28 Nov 2004 21:07 GMT6
I'm familiar with how a good quality lens makes a difference in your
final print on a standard 35mm camera, however, can I say the same
holds true on a digital SLR like the Nikon D70? In other words, should

infrared remote===TV remote?28 Nov 2004 14:53 GMT5
Like all of us, I have a few universal TV remotes lying around the
house.
Has anyone managed to figure out if one of their myriad of settings
can be used to trigger a camera (in my case a Nikon D70)?  It seems to
RE: Censored ??28 Nov 2004 01:42 GMT2
Just curious, I had quite a few posts on this group iro the D70 and now
there is not one reference to my name on my server. Would the fact that
I made a few factual comments about where SA was going have anything to
do with it ?
Pic of Household Cavalry at McDonalds28 Nov 2004 01:20 GMT3
Im trying to find the picture that appeared in the UK press in Oct

It was a genuine incident in which the soldiers were out exercising
D70 Question28 Nov 2004 01:07 GMT7
I have a Nikon D70 and had two quick questions:

2.   Is there any way to do double exposures on the camera and not in

Paint Shop Pro 9 vs Photoshop Elements 325 Nov 2004 20:19 GMT3
Well, here we go with another Godzilla vs. Rodan post!  What the
hell...life's too short.  Anyway, I was needing opinions on both
programs as I'm trying to decide which to go with.  I'm currently using
the full demo version of PSP 9 and it's not a bad piece of software.
