I am looking for a good legal guideline for taking photos. Do I need

I have been nosing around my schools resources trying to figure out
how I could start to integrate Digital imaging into the course. Most
of the good Dig equipment is in the media department which is seperate
and largely inaccessible.

Can anyone tell me how to correct overexposed photos using Photoshop
CS.  I took some photos in a studio and they have come out overexposed
by about 2 f-stops.
