Photo printers30 Apr 2004 03:55 GMT5
I was wondering if anyone has had any experience
with printing 6x4's from a photo-printer. I have seen
a few HP photosmart printers (ie. 130, 145, 245)
around. Many reviews say the 130 is great. The
Advice sought: Sigma UC Zoom lens suddenly VERY stiff30 Apr 2004 00:28 GMT3
I've had a Sigma UC Zoom lens for about a year without trouble.
Today, completely out of the blue, I reach for it and find it's VERY stiff
on both zoom and focus - like it has locked up. I cannot understand it: this
lens was, if anything, on the loose side. I used it recently ...

Finally, my Nikon D70 !!!29 Apr 2004 04:57 GMT12
Well yeah, I was feeling bad enough that I found myself
so often involved in those eternal discussions of Digital
vs. Film photography, defending Digital Photography (as
a technology, at least), and did not own a digital camera

EOS 1 DS .... MARK 2?28 Apr 2004 19:18 GMT2
Well we now have an eos 1D mark 2 with us.
They kept the sensor size the same as before and doubled the resolution.
What can we expect from the EOS 1 DS update?
Will that go the same way, i.e. 22.2 megapixels?

USB cardreader but then I'd have to replace all my Smartmedia with USB
compat cards. I like the Camera, it still works ace with my Mac, but
TLR vs SLR?28 Apr 2004 12:49 GMT5
Usually when I see a Twin Lens Reflex camera, it's an "antique", and tends

are affordable, but I've never given them much thought, and I'm definately
an SLR man.

Some of my favourite pics taken with my Tiffen polarizer look
