I have had digital cameras for many years now, however a few months
back I became interested in 35mm photography having seen some pictures
taken with a 35mm compact and scanned onto a CD. I have now got my
self a Nikon F80 and a 28-200 Nikkor lens. The camera was less than 50
Nikon  - time to make my mind up24 Mar 2008 14:05 GMT1
I have enjoyed my D50 now for just over a year. It's very, very good. I
think that my photography is starting to improve a lot, and I would like
to upgrade to 'better' equipment.
I am not on a pixel hunt!
Viewfinder contamination20 Mar 2008 10:59 GMT3

a jolt, but not a bang as it was in a protective case.

Following on from Norman's thread about FD mount lenses, does anyone here
have experience of the adapters that allow a Tamron lens with an Adaptall 2
type mount to fit on an EOS body?

Canon G9 or the EOS 400D08 Mar 2008 23:09 GMT17
I am looking to buy a new camera. I have tried looking on the net so see
what the difference is between compact digital and a DSLR. I am still non
the wiser. Anyway, I have come up with either the Canon G9 or the EOS 400D
and wanted to ask here what is the best camera. I wanted ...
Compact camera with good video capture05 Mar 2008 17:53 GMT8
Just wondered if anyone could recommend a digital camera which also has very
good video capture capabilities (or visa versa)? I was just about to
purchase a digital camcorder when our digital camera broke. Having something
that can do both jobs would therefore be ideal. Don't ...

this configuration and if there were compatability issues? My gut
