Are the readings given assuming a standard 50mm lens in 35mm format and 80mm
lens in m/f  is being used? Is there a formula for converting the readings
given for use with longer or shorter lenses? Quick Google doesn't really
help.

Im looking for an easy to use image resizer.  Ultimatley I want to change a
digital picture for use on a web page currently it makes the page to large
for IE and I'd like to shrink it to a more suitable size.  Im still not
