I have a canon 17 - 85 lens which I managed to drop the otherday. The skylight filter that was on the front has bent and jammed into the front screw of the lens maiking it impossible for me to remove. Anyone know of a place I might send it to get it removed, other than Canon ...

I've got some negative images that are on glass. So, effectively, instead of negatives on film, they are on glass about 1/16" thick. I've just got a regular scanner, with basic scanning programme. How do I scan?
