I have used a Canon SLR before (AV-1 [the one with just an aperture priority mode I think] so it was quite an old one, and this was quite a while back) and so I'm looking for something more than point and shoot, so this model's aperture prirotity and shutter priority functions ...

Can anyone please help me to identify this camera please? It's entirely unbranded but within it's limitations performs very well indeed; I'm pretty sure that finding the exact right driver for it will improve the images still further.

A ND grey filter will slow a shot down, etc etc. But, why doesnt it turn the shot grey too? Is grey invisible to a colour film? David

I have been asked to scan some old 35mm slides and find that there is what appears to be mould between the glass and transparency. Any recommendations for cleaning please.
