Tele converter for A219 Sep 2004 11:28 GMT2
I was assured that a tele-converter would fit directly on a Konica Minolta
Dimage A2. I accepted the info as it came from someone who had reportedly
done this with excellent results. On checking I find that this is not
physically possible (the A2 is 49mm) and I'm wondering if I've ...

could anyone recommend a good postal service for 120 e6 film processing.
i've always used fujilab for 35mm e6 with pre-paid vouchers, but i'm not

Photography-related Clipart??16 Sep 2004 15:16 GMT8
Does anyone know where I can find photography clipart? I'm not looking for
photographic images or so-called photo clipart. Instead, I'm looking for
line art or drawings of cameras, studio flash units, models posing,
photographers taking pictures, and so on.
Buying lenses from eBay16 Sep 2004 15:00 GMT9
I am looking at getting a new lens (macro for my EOS500N) and it seems
that you can get them quite a bit cheaper on eBay, sent from Hong Kong. I
realise that there may be VAT and postage to add, but the Sigma 180mm
macro is £750 from Jessops and £300 as a "Buy It Now" on eBay. The ...
Digital /Windows 98.15 Sep 2004 14:14 GMT11
I wish to purchase a Digital Camera where I can download photographs onto
the computer and send via email to friends.
I am on Windows 98 only (I read that with some cameras I need Windows 98 SE)

Crucial memory - slow, unreliable and bad customer service12 Sep 2004 14:16 GMT6
I bought a 1GB compactflash card from Crucial (http://www.crucial.com)
for use with my Canon 10d. Unfortunately after a month it went dead
with the camera reporting 'error 02'. I sent the card back to Crucial
asking for a refund but they refused as I had bought the memory card

i've often been sceptical about storing film in the fridge, do you not
