I've got some good digital photos taken on a 5MP camera and I would like some top quality prints from same. When I shoot transparency film I choose Ilfrachromes (Cibachromes) for top quality. What is the nearest equivalent for digital?

I'm looking at getting a new camera. I have currently got a Fuji 6900Z, and yesterday started to look at the Fuji S7000. Just wondering if anyone has got one? What they reckon to the camera? Is the Fuji S7000 the only camera within a ?600 budget worth gettings?
