I have a Coolpix 5000 and am looking to purchase a new CF card for it.
Since I purchased the camera there are a lot of choices for cards -
does anyone know whether I would get a speed benefit from using a
higher end card (higher transfer rate from the camera to the card).

I am having trouble with white spots appearing on images taken with the
