Has anyone got any tips for some that's been asked to photograph
someone and produce theatrical headshots with minimal equipment ?  I
use a dRebel, the 50mm 1.8 (effectivly a 90mm) and the 28-135 zoom,
but no lighting equipment.  I'm not going to do the printing, I'll

I'm a newcommer to serious photography and while I've done a few head
shots and am learning, I've been asked to take a couple shots of a
friend and I realize I need some advice.
My friend is a Black kid. Very black.  This isn't a fashion shot and

Just bought a Canon 20D.  I am an amateur wanting to get into
photography more seriously.   So, am hoping to start to hone my SLR
