I know that they have been having a lot of rain in Southern California

I have heard several people suggest shooting through zip lock bags on rainy days to help protect the camera.
I was wondering how effective or ineffective this approach might be. The optical properties of plastic are far

Have anyone use a close up lense from CANON with their EF lenses to do macro

Does the lense work well with auto-focus ? Canon says to use manuel focus
