Is late October/early November too late for fall colors in Northerrn Maine?16 Jul 2004 20:22 GMT19
I'll be in New York on the 26th. October for two days and would like
to head up afterwards to Northern Maine, Baxter etc. for beavers,
moose etc.
Will I be way too late for the fall colors and will it be very cold?

Recommendation for a Canon lens08 Jul 2004 02:10 GMT10
I have a question for those of you that are very serious about
wildlife photography.
I currently own all Canon equipment and have recently started making
the move toward digital. My longest lens is the Canon 100-400 IS USM.
What is your choice and why?07 Jul 2004 09:30 GMT4
I have a 35 mm/F3.5 extra wide-angle lens for my CONTAX 645 AF camera.
The front size of the lens is 95 mm. I wish I could find a single
warming (81A or KR 1.5) circular polarizer (CP) MRC (multi-resistant
coating) filter for it, but I could not find one for such large size
