I just got a RC-5 remote for my 300D. Is there a way to disable the light on
the camera before taking the shot?  I still have the original firmware

I was wondering does anyone know of a scenic beach in Florida where there is
a Palm Tree leaning at an extreme angle out over and parallel to the water.
I have seen some images like this, but it could very well, NOT be a Florida
