Got some time off next week was thinking about going to Bosque, never been
there so was wondering if it to late in the season and where I might stay,

Anyone use the following lenses for nature photography?
Comments?  Advice?  I have a d100.  Desire to use for
photographing birds (and I must admit a desire to use the

Please can someone advise me. I am trying to get the negs. from a

After 9/11 the TSA asked that checked luggage be left unlocked so they could
inspect it, which meant the contents were more vulnerable to theft.  I always
locked my cases carrying tripods, heads and other such gear anyway and have
never had a lock cut, but I'm still happy to learn ...

We'll be doing a lengthy road trip in March, mostly exploring Texas.
Would appreciate some tips on photo sites that should not be missed.
I'm into all sorts of photography, including nature, landscapes,
architectural, candids and abstracts.

I am thinking about visiting Grand Teton and Yellowstone for 3 days on my
way from San Francisco to Chicago during the spring break.
Since I am so much into photography, I would like to have some
recommendation for the great photo spots from you guys.

Just got one yesterday, its leaving streaks, like the rollers are sticking
to the ink only rollers are clean ? 145 meg file Photoshop 7.0, HP premium
gloss paper ? I went thru align head and all seems right . any help

Okay, wemt for a nice nature walk yesterday, my electronic SLR ran into
a nasty problem, the batteries froze up....
Makes me wonder about digital cameras though, if an electronic SLR with
reasonable battery requirements will freeze up, what about digital

Does anyone here use a mirror lens. I read about circular deformity in out
of focus backgrounds. How bad is this really? Can anyone point to a picture
location, good and/or bad?

You will find here some pictures of ducks, geese, sun and clouds. There is
no navigation system. You have to click on suns, clouds, wings, heads to
change the photos. Sometimes, you will find (what I call) a bonus, but I
let you find them.
