I was looking at Freestyle Photo for some strobe kits, and I ran across
some monolights I've never seen or heard of before. The company that
makes them is Savage, and they come with either 100WS or 150WS heads. I
also noticed that they were extremely cheap as far as studio strobes

I own a MN 679 Manfrotto Monopod.
I would like to increase its versatility by using the Universal Adapter (MN
678) which can be attached to the base to turn it into a tripod.
Has anyone used this combination, and can they comment on its stability

I've had a Gitzo tripod for a number of years, and having just beeng
gifted with a carbon fiber Gitzo, I want to sell the old Gitzo, but
don't know the model name and number.
Anybody know what the name and model number of this guy is:
