think of a lens, which gets distance scale on the focuing knob/ring,
there is a distance mark on it, say m feet, next to the marke there is
is another mark that is n feet. so, my question is where is the x feet,
supposing m < x < n and ( x - m ) / ( n - x ) = k ?  i believe there is

once upon a time (cit.) i found a website selling many different
leather "coatings" for many medium format cameras. they had also some
for leicas, but the website was mainly dedicated to mf.
they sold, for example, lizard leather skins for rolleis, hasselblads

Can someone provide an overview of the differences between the 300 and

I'm currently assembling a medium/large format enlarger out of the chassis
of a deVere 54 rescued from a dumpster. It lacked a light source so I fitted
a diffusion 5x4 head  (also dumpster, a different one) running on dichroic
bulbs, and it still lacks a lens panel - bellows there ...
