Holga 6X6 Mask?30 Jul 2006 10:20 GMT2
I just got the newest version of the Holga, the 120N.  It seems that it
came with new bells and whistles that the older version (I think I had
the 120S) didn't have - spool tensioners, a "B" exposure mode, and a
6X6 mask.

I recently bought an used mamia rb 67 pro, which I have had a great time
with in the studio.
However now I would like starting to use it for landscape photography.
Therefore I could really need the mirror lockup feature of the cammera.

I know this is a medium format forum, but my question has to do with
35mm film, though it may be somewhat applicabe to medium format film.
I have read many things about film and its use, but it is quite
outdated and I have not found anything up to date/current year.  I am

Luminance Problem in Calibrating an LCD Monitor17 Jul 2006 03:14 GMT7
Wait, wait! Altho this is a techie question, I know most, if not all,
of you are using lcd monitors, by now, in your digital color workflows.
Maybe none of you have calibrated/profiled your lcd's. If so, I deserve
a 0 response. But, if any of you have done so, I'd like to know how ...

At your next beverage shoot: cheap (?) ice cubes; or, beware the photon sucking tachyon!11 Jul 2006 17:17 GMT7
An alternate use for props - do they have to be 'potenized' first?
Will they keep your studio full of positive chi energy?
Bird flu free?
Or just a fast-buck artist?
How many megapixels for "magazine quality images"?11 Jul 2006 04:10 GMT28
How many megapixels, roughly, are required for "magazine quality

expect? Also, do they prefer 4:3 or 3:2. I guess they prefer raw
images. Would that be right?
How many meters of Rolleiflex TLR still in good condition?09 Jul 2006 17:41 GMT10
i just bought a Rolleiflex 3.5e serveral days before, and i found the
meter is totally unusable.  it's not a lineral offset compared with
another good meter ( a in-camera meter of a Contax SLR ),  it offsets 1
to 4 ( even more ) EVs in some different lighting conditions.
