copy work 41130 Jun 2006 17:38 GMT4
i need to shoot a friend of a friend's artwork this weekend, and i'm
wondering if 6x6 would work. i have two studio strobes i can use to augment
light, so any pointers would be great. the images are roughly 30'X40", so
i'm going to shoot them with the lens as normal as possible. ...

Source of big lens hoods28 Jun 2006 23:05 GMT8
Anyone know a source of reasonably-priced lens hoods to suit MF gear?
I would really like a wide-angle hood of 86mm thread diameter to fit a
Flektogon (the 50mm f4 one). I make it a 60 degree angle of view.
They don't turn up that often on eBay.
2 new Online Stores27 Jun 2006 22:01 GMT1
2 new online stores that I started up a month or so ago. I am a semi
pro photog myself, and figured I may as well do this, since I and most
others, shoot lingerie/costumes type of thing.

i was considering trade in a Rollei TLR.  3.5F is expensive than 3.5T.
i want to know what's the essential difference between the two models.
and, i heard 3.5F has a light value mechnism which likely not appeared
in 3.5T, i want to know what this is?

Composition problem w/o a prism finder25 Jun 2006 15:02 GMT15
it seems that most TLRs not equip a build-in prism as that in SLR ( it
that the same case for other medium format cameras ? ).  so i was
thinking a question: how photographer work with a left-right fliped
image in the viewfinder?  to me, a subject put in left or right, or a
Filters For Ansco Titan 2025 Jun 2006 02:58 GMT5
I recently purchased an Ansco Titan 20. In fact, I don't even have it in my
hands yet. I'm totally new to vintage folders, so forgive my newbieness.
Can anybody advise me as to the best solution for a filter system. I have no
idea as to the lens diameter, and I'm doubting that there ...
For Super Ikonta experts24 Jun 2006 06:59 GMT7
Hi everybody, I've a 530/16 Super Ikonta. Looking for the camera, there
is a little lever on left bottom, in front of  shutter release lever.
It is a "security lever"  to avoid accidental shots. The problem is
that it stays ALWAYS on security position and so it is not possible to
Who to believe on my Bronica SQ-AI- The Luna Pro or the AE Prism FInder?20 Jun 2006 08:16 GMT9
I am noticing that there is a good 2 stop disparity between what my
Luna Pro meters (reflective, of course) and what my Bronica AE Prism
Finder measures as far as exposure.  I have tried to sync these two
units up in hopes of ensuring the metering is accurate but unsure which
Contax 645 35mm lens distortion20 Jun 2006 05:46 GMT2
I like Hasselblad 38mm and Mamiya-7 43mm. They have very low
distortion.
Anyone knows how Contax 645's 35mm performance in the distortion?
Particularly inthe image circle o 36mm  36mm (when used with 36mmx36mm
DOF of TLR20 Jun 2006 04:51 GMT12

Marflex still in business? Phone number??19 Jun 2006 09:14 GMT2
Hello, I'm in search of new belts for my projector (Rollei P66S). Last
time I asked, I was told that Marflex had them but the number I have
for them goes directly to a verizon system of some sort.. 973-808-9626.
Is there another contact number, website, email, etc? Thanks, Jeff.
