Is this rule in effect for the whole product range?  I've read something
recently that indicates this was also a problem with the Exakta 66?  If
the lever wind was unworkable, why didn't they just replace it with a
knob?

1) I assume that it is best to use pre-release in conjunction with a cable release?
2) Can the film advance be operated without the lens attached?

i've just purchased and run my first film through a bronica etrsi, most
of the pictures have come out well, however a few are a little dark, one
 or two of burgundy dahlia heads.
since i've yet to buy a metered prism i'm using the light meter from my
