| 6008i metering issues - by design? | 06 Feb 2004 00:51 GMT | 4 |
This is a follow up on my prior posting. I got my replacement new 6008i and it shows the same metering issue as the first. At EV's below about 5, the meter goes haywire and increasingly overexposes compared to trusted meters and cameras. Now some have suggested

| RZ or RB 50 mm? | 05 Feb 2004 06:22 GMT | 4 |
I'm an RZ user trying to decide between two used lenses, the Z and the one meant for the RB. While the Z version will be more convenient to use, it's always gotten mixed reviews (this is the non-ULD). In contrast, I've heard nothing but good things about the RB 50 mm. The optical ...

Is C41 stabilizer the same as E6 stabilizer? Rather, the question is, do I need to keep both solutions around? Can I just dunk the CN film in the E6 stabilizer after it's done washing? Thanks.

| Remote Release L for 6008? | 03 Feb 2004 08:43 GMT | 13 |
I have seen a Rollei Remote Release L and wondered if it is OK for the 6008? It has the normal multiple way connector on one end and a slim black control on the other, with a single green button on one side and an orange slider on the underside, obviously for shutter and mirror.

| Rollei 6008 metering issues | 02 Feb 2004 14:15 GMT | 19 |
I have just bought a 6008. The meter is accurate in daylight, but at low light levels the meter starts to increasingly over expose, up to 2 stops at the low light threshold. The target is a large white wall. The meter I am comparing to is a Minolta flashmeter VI and a new Nikon F80.
