I have been a lurker here for a while. I forgot to uncock my 80mm lens shutter after shooting and left it cocked for 2-3 weeks! I believe the spring tension gets ruined as a result? Can you tell me roughly what to expect when i shoot a roll this weekend? Is

"35mm? HAH! It will never catch on! The quality is horrible!" I'm sure that was said when Oskar Barnack's tiny little camera finally got going ten years later. Hell, some of the guys were saying pretty much that until the Nikon F came out and nailed it - entrenched the little camera ...

Jim Galvin of the Galvin View fame passed away today about 4 pm PST. Due to heart failure. I will miss him big time. He added So much to my world personally and as just a friend. You will be missed by all you touched Jim, and that is Many of us.

Looking at Ebay lately and I notice that Mamiya RB67 cameras sell for rather low price as compared to say the 645 format of other manufactures . Is the RB not a very popular camera? Any opinions?
