Older Bronica/Nikkor Lens Repair Recommendations?10 Nov 2003 00:51 GMT2
I have a couple of older Bronica/Nikkor lenses that have stuck apertures. Any
recommendations on a reputable, but reasonably priced repair service?
Thanks.
RB67 + 50 mm: Vignetting with UV filter + Cokin system P10 Nov 2003 00:42 GMT1
I noticed a slight vignetting problem in the corners when I use the 50 mm
and UV filters + Cokin system P filter holder.
Have you experienced this problem ?
Is there any UV filter and/or Cokin system P holder that are dedicated to
Compur rapid08 Nov 2003 19:21 GMT3
I did a CLA for a pre-war compur rapid.
Everything else works Ok, times are ok, just for some reason the B and T
settings won't work.
The shutter starts to open and then there is a click and the shutter closes.
Later Lubitels and 22008 Nov 2003 19:19 GMT1
The later Lubitels had frame counters.  Could they take 220 film?
Epson 3200 2450 3170 New Film Holder07 Nov 2003 18:41 GMT1
Like many users of 3200, 2450 and 3170 scanners, I have never been happy
with the Epson supplied film holders for medium format. It always irked me
that I had to move the film after each scan (and risk dropping it or getting
finger prints on it somehow) AND I couldn't set it up to ...
Russian MF Cameras?07 Nov 2003 17:19 GMT25
I know that the Kiev system is often referred to as "Russian".  But
currently and going forward, it is a Ukranian product.  So who's making
MF cameras in Russia?  Are any of them left?  And are there any P6 mount
lenses being made in Russia?
35mm/6x7 focal length comparison chart07 Nov 2003 16:02 GMT6
Can someone direct me to a place where I can find a focal length comparison
chart between 35mm & 6x7 lenses?  I did a search but didn't come up with
much.  Thanks all!
Mamiya RB 67 Pro-S film insert and odd "click"07 Nov 2003 02:42 GMT7
Is it normal, that when you wind the film to next frame (or even with an
empty insert), there is a slightly more resistace and small "clicking"
sound (a single click) in about midway? I'm refering to the basic 120
roll film holder (revolving). It is a quite old model - I believe.
Rollei Bay III filters06 Nov 2003 09:30 GMT2
I have a Rollei 2.8F Planar TLR and I would like a Bay III UV filter for it;
is there a company that still makes filters to fit my Rollei (new), I have a
Bay III adapter so I can use regular filters, but I would like a bayonet
filter so that I can use my lens cap (the adapter ...
Where do I start???05 Nov 2003 23:17 GMT3
I have some talent in 35mm and digital photography.  I've been
thinking about MF for some time.  I'm just having a hard time deciding
where to start ($).  I'd like at least a little flexibilty without
wiping out the bank account.  Suggestions?
Questions: Rolleicord VA Type 205 Nov 2003 13:17 GMT6
I just won a Rolleicord VA Type 2 on eBay. It's my first venture ever into
medium format. I've been shooting Nikon 35mm SLRs for years.
My main question is about filters. How do I go about getting filters for
this camera? I'm mostly into getting a polarizer since medium-formats are
light seal on my yashica 6x6 bad04 Nov 2003 03:46 GMT4
Anyone have any creative ideas for lightproofing my yashica c?  I found
there is a very small light leak somewhere along the door.  Velvet? rubber?

Mamiya RZ67 and Quamtum radio slave or Pocket Wizard03 Nov 2003 11:28 GMT1
I currently use a Mamiya RZ67, with a power winder, and a Quantum Radio Slave.
I use the combo because I am a photographer, and a model, so I am in many
photos with another model.  We use this setup so we can both be in the photos,
yet have a way to remotely fire the camera, and ...
Mirror Lenses - Image orientation?03 Nov 2003 04:33 GMT2
Is the final image orientated the same way when a mirror lens is used as
opposed to a standard lens i.e. upside down and flipped.
Thanks
