| Buying Holga in N.Y | 22 Sep 2003 08:25 GMT | 2 |
Greetings from Finland! I´m travelling to New York next weekend. I´d like to buy a Holga camera while I´m there. Maybe someone could help me and tell where I could find one (or two). I´d like to also know how much does 120 B/W film approx. cost there.

| Focus tips for C330? | 22 Sep 2003 01:03 GMT | 1 |
I have the above w/ 55mm thru 180mm lenses (all black) and I have a difficult time getting a sharp focus, especially in subdued light. In daylight I stop down to largest number aperature I can and that seems to help with a larger depth of field. I always use the ground glass focus

Is meter that is viewed through the rangefinder any brighter on the 7II? Is the rangefinder brighter itself? Thanks in advance, Ken

| Manual vs. Autofocus | 19 Sep 2003 02:53 GMT | 1 |
I have used 35mm for quite sometime and have always used a manual focus camera. I'm looking into trying my hand at medium format and was wondering what others might think regarding those lens types and medium format. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

| Minolta Flash Meter IV Problem | 19 Sep 2003 00:54 GMT | 4 |
I have a Minolta Flash Meter IV which doesn't seem to do incident metering accurately. When I use the spherical diffuser for incident readings, I get at least three or four stops brighter reading than when using the 5 degree spot attachment for a reflected light reading off a gray ...

| Medium Format "backend" -- can't get there from here? | 18 Sep 2003 13:25 GMT | 17 |
As I've pondered what some of my images might look like as really good 20x16 inch prints or even 20x30 inch prints, it has occurred to me to think further about a medium format solution. Background: long time 35mm hobby photographer, recent experience with

| Mamija Universal? | 17 Sep 2003 06:48 GMT | 5 |
I'm thinking about upgrading my middle format system. That per se wpould'nt be a problem since I own a Lubitel II :-), but I've recently found a Mamiya Universal with 3 mamiya lenses (I think 80mm, 45mm and 120mm) and 3 backs (6x6, a combo 6x7 & 6x9, and a 6x7 polaroid back) for ...

| flash question | 16 Sep 2003 04:39 GMT | 4 |
I see wedding photogs using a bare bulb with a round silver reflector and they are able to turn on a light presumably to help focus, was wondering what it's purpose actually is and what flash units have this availability. I like the idea of being able to get a little more light on ...

| which Rolleicord and what filter size? | 16 Sep 2003 01:23 GMT | 1 |
I just bought a Rolleicord but I'm not sure of the model or whether or not the lens is coated. It has flash sync, a cable release socket, shutter speeds from B to 250 and aperture settings from 3.5 to 22. It also has a sport finder and a magnifying glass. The lens may be coated

| Which meter for RZ | 15 Sep 2003 20:41 GMT | 2 |
I have an RZ67 and am looking to get a decent meter but unsure as to whether I should go for the Metering Prism or a hand held? Main areas of interest are portrait and landscape Thanks

| Bronica portrait setup | 15 Sep 2003 19:27 GMT | 2 |
My current ETRSi lens lineup consists of the 75mm standard and 150mm telephoto. The 150mm is a fine telephoto for head and shoulders shots, but i'd like something to crop a little closer with. I've tried a 105mm (non-macro) and a 250mm- the 105 seems to give a similar repro ratio to ...

| Considering a change | 11 Sep 2003 18:56 GMT | 8 |
Currently I have a Bronica ETRSi system which I have been happy with. I do, however, have certain longevity issues with it, as the body isn't perhaps as solid as i'd like... and i've always wanted a larger format. So, assuming I do decide to make the leap now, where should I leap ...

| Olympus Six | 11 Sep 2003 11:40 GMT | 8 |
Two days ago I saw in some photo shop in Tokyo a 6x6 folder, which was labeled Olympus Six. The surprinsing thing was that it was looking just like a Mamiya 6 and it even had the focussing ring at the back, just like the Mamiya has for moving the film plane.
