How to tell date on Fujichrome?16 Aug 2006 17:20 GMT12
I purchased a used Nikon F5 and the guy included several rolls of Fujichrome
Provia 100F, and Velvia 50 film.  How can I tell the date on them?  He said
it was about two years old, but should be ok.

Firstly, I'm a total amateur.
I used 800 Fuji Press for the first time because I bought a long zoom
for a Volga trip. I sent 12 rolls to a local lab for developing and the
prints are awful - totally dark. The balance of the rolls I sent to a

What can you tell me about this film? What can I except from it. Is it
better or worse than Provia 100F? Is litter "S" means that this film
is more saturated ?
