My favourite developer Kodak D-76 according to the material safety sheets
contains a component called Boric Anhydride which at first I thought was
just another name for Boric Acid until I read the CAS registry # is
(1303-86-2) and the CAS # for Boric Acid is (10043-35-3).

I'm saddened to receive the email below from Wal-mart's photo center in regards
to the fact that I can no longer download entire rolls from their online photo
center.  Can anyone recommend other photo processing dealers that have an

I am primarily an outdoor nature photographer. I love the pop that Velvia 50
gives my work.
Recently I was asked to photograph the inside of our church.   I used
Velvia...not my favorite 50...but Velvia 100 thinking that indoor

If Kodak is going to discontinue film within 5 years, are they going to
discontinue printing papers, too?  If so, I should order a 5-year supply of
paper along wtih my 5-year supply of film!
