I had a film developed and printed by an AGFA photolab and remarked an artefact: a part of the picture was solid red, and it seemed to me like on the edges of the red part artefacts were visible, similar to what you get when doing JPEG-compression on digital images. Is it possible ...

Snapfish discount mail order film processing lab is terrible. Absolutely no customer service. I sent 2 rolls for triple prints and received single prints instead. I recommend you do not use this company. It is better to use a local

Has anyone here used Kodachrome in an X-pan? I am wondering if there is any problem getting the film processed with the double length frames. When I've used Kodachrome before it came with the pre-paid envelope and I can't remember if there was any option for it to be left uncut.

I've taken pictures outdoor with Velvia 100F. The slides have been developed and then left in luggage to travel in Europe. Once arrived in Europe, I've tried to see them with my daylight balanced jessops slide viewer, and they are simply perfect. So I asked few enlargements

| Polaroid 35mm film at Wal-Mart | 07 Nov 2004 18:44 GMT | 5 |
Wal-Mart sells some 35mm film made by Agfa that they call Polaroid. This is similar to Walgreens selling Agfa Vista and calling it Studio 35, which I have used. The problem is that Studio 35 sells for 3 dollars and change for a 24 roll, while Polaroid sells for 97 cents a

I've noticed not only the 100 speed, but also the 200 and 400 speed films that Kodak sells in bulk are marked 'made in China'.

I've just come across a load of film (7 rolls in fact) of Fuji Superia that have been knocking round for a while. The expiry date on the carton is August 04, will they still be ok to use or am I better off binning the lot? If they are still going to be ok to
