Is this an accurate statement regarding Wilhelm?31 Aug 2004 00:25 GMT2
I was chatting about Wilhelm recently with a fellow photo enthusiast
who has a few more years under his belt than I do; he made the
following statement, and I'd like to confirm it. Not because I
disagree with him, but because I am curious as to the history of

Green prints. Why does it occur?26 Aug 2004 16:02 GMT1
Have you ever got prints back which had a strong green color to
everything? I know flouros can cause this but my pictures were taken
outside and twice I've got back green prints. Never any other color,
just a green tinge.
Any Frontier repair experts out there?26 Aug 2004 00:30 GMT6
Got a problem with a Fuji Frontier 370 that's putting lines through
all its prints. They're fairly faint most of the time and run in the
direction of the *short* axis of a 4x6 print.
Fuji said the problem was the laser and two circuit boards (price for

Photo lab washed out images... what can I do?23 Aug 2004 19:10 GMT9
I used an underwater 35mm camera to take 3 rolls of film while snorkeling in
Florida.  I took these to a lab and had a CD made.  The prints were mediocre
but the CD image when run through photoshop are superb.  I then used the
last two rolls of 35mm film from the same bulk purchase ...
Refining scanning slides with Epson CX520021 Aug 2004 07:23 GMT1
I've found I can get really nice results scanning slides by
backlighting the slides with one of these cluster flourescent lamps
about 4-5 inches above the slide, with the slide isolated in a window
cut out of black craft foam and for a light diffuser the lid of a
Kodachrome Processing21 Aug 2004 05:42 GMT4
Forgive me if this has been asked before.  I am a list newbie...
But, I just took six rolls of Kodachrome 25 to my local camera store, got a
funny look from them and was told it would take 10-14 days to get my film
back.  There must be a better way!

Hi, I am trying to get some details of a ring that belonged to my late

Blurred pictures from agfa vista 400 C !19 Aug 2004 16:04 GMT6
Hi, I've just had a roll developed of the above film and noticed that
all the shots are slightly blurred. Initially I thought the printing
was at fault, but the scanned negatives are also blurred. A wide angle
zoom was used for most shots, set at the hyperfocal distance. The
