A question about Efke film28 Dec 2003 02:43 GMT4
I'm on the verge of ordering some Efke film.  I've been away from the
darkroom for a while, and plan to experiment with film I have never tried
before.
I've known of, but never tried, the Efke KB25, but I'm really curious about
ISO variation with temperature. Is it important?27 Dec 2003 23:44 GMT8
Simple question,
Looking at the Agfa Vista range they list:
Vista ISO 100/21 C
Vista ISO 200/24 C
Scala27 Dec 2003 00:32 GMT2
Any rumours on Scala being discontinued? Scala (35mm) has been out of stock
in Toronto for 2 months. I'm jumping to conclusions that Agfa is letting the
stock run out, then announce Scala is history (herstory).

I'm guessing that Kodak will kill Kodachrome within the next 24 months22 Dec 2003 14:59 GMT17
I've been trying out the new Astia 100F lately and am very happy with the
results. For comparison I put a 24 exp roll of Kodachrome 64 in one of my
cameras and fired off a roll, then sent it to Kodak for processing. Looking
at the results all I can say is yuck. Kodachrome's color ...

local photofinishing retailer.  I want quality results from both
film and digital with a wide variety of services.  Unfortunately,
I haven't been all too impressed with a couple of places I have
B+W Prints--numbers on back21 Dec 2003 22:56 GMT1
Hi all
I get b+w prints from Kodak and see many numbers on the back. Some of them are
, of course, the date and sequence numbers, but the others i have no clue
about. Do they have something to do with the paper used and contrast?

MF resolution question17 Dec 2003 14:15 GMT42
I have a question for the folks using medium format. My question is,
does 35mm give identical result to MF up to 8R (8x10) prints? The math
seems to point that way - here's how:
35mm frame size = 24x36 mm sq = 1.339203 sq inch
