Or Fuji, as it were.
Used reduction optics to fit a 35mm field of view on a 2/3" sensor.

film camera with digital lens12 May 2008 23:57 GMT9
Going to a dusty place on holiday in the morning. Don't want to change lens
on my D80 whilst out there. Recovered my Nikon F60 from the attic and are
thinking of using that with the SIGMA 12-24mmD DG HSM.
What are the likely results going to be?
Tele-converter - does auto focus work with them?12 May 2008 20:27 GMT5
I use an Olympus E-510 and am considering the EC-14 tele-converter.
Does autofocus work or is this then only manual focus?

Sigma 70-300mm F4-5.6 DG Macro lens for Nikon SLR12 May 2008 17:11 GMT12
Hi Everone, I use a Nikon D70s with an 18-70 Nikon zoom.  I have been
hankering after a longish zoom and the above lens is much cheaper than the
Nikon equivalent.  One is about £55 and the other £280.  Is the Nikon so
much better or would I be paying for a name?  I do realise the ...
Anyone Using AI Lenses And Manual Focus On A Nikon D200?12 May 2008 00:59 GMT15
I find the Nikon AI primes like the 24mm 2.8 to be excellent but am
having a little trouble with the manual focus.  Do you always trust
the little green dot on the info screen in the viewfinder for focusing
accuracy ?  Unfortunately I do wear glasses so the focusing thing has
DPreview and the Nikkor 70-200mm f2.811 May 2008 21:48 GMT12
I just looked at the review of the Nikkor 70-200mm f2.8 VR
at www.dpreview.com. Obviously this lens is designed primarily
for DX format rather than FX, and it is a bit disappointing in some
ways even on DX. I guess I should change my mind and keep my
Canon Software - Worth Keeping?11 May 2008 09:25 GMT35
I've just installed some apps from the current EOS Digital Solution Disk
(17.1) - CameraWindow, Digital Photo Professional, EOS Utility, PhotoStitch,
RAW Image Task, and ZoomBrowser EX.
I already have Photoshop CS3, and use things like ACDSee Pro and AutoStitch
Anybody else having problem with Thumbnails from D300 in WinXP?10 May 2008 22:12 GMT10
Computer is a new Dell Precision 3400 with dual core Pentium and 2 GB RAM.
OS is manufacturer's load of XP with SP2 and all of the latest updates since
delivery last month.
Camera is a Nikon D300 shooting in 14-bit Raw plus JPG.  Sometimes -- and
Strange Canon remote software....hidden AF function 40D10 May 2008 13:30 GMT12
The DPP of Canon is not able to make the 40D auto focus with Liveview.
Strangely enough DSLR Remote Pro from Breeze systems can. Not only that, but
it also has 2 ways for AF: what they call camera is phase detection: the
normal way the mirror is flipped up and there is a way ...

Canon 10-22, some questions08 May 2008 21:03 GMT9
I just got my Canon 10-22
When switch is on AF I'm able to turn manually focusing ring. Is that as it
should be ?
In my other 2 lenses this is impossible.
Nikon D300 and Lexar 8GB and 16GB Compact Flash (CF) Cards08 May 2008 18:46 GMT9
Can anyone comment on the suitability of the Lexar 8GB and 16GB CF cards for
use with the Nikon D300 camera? This camera appears to be quite a memory
pig, especially with the 70 - 200 f2.8 Nikor lens.?
