| Sigma 50-150 f/2.8? | 24 Apr 2008 03:26 GMT | 1 |
Does anyone have an informed opinion on the Sigma 50-150mm f/2.8 lens? You rarely see an f/2.8 lens that long at an affordable price. The Sigma site calls it the "50-150mm f/2.8 II", without (as far as I can tell) stating the difference between the "II" model and the original. Can ...

| Can D300 meter for fully-manual lens | 23 Apr 2008 19:32 GMT | 5 |

| Olympus and others. Greater mega pixel capacity expected soon? Skinny on E-3 | 23 Apr 2008 13:34 GMT | 38 |
I use an E-510 and like it a lot for my needs but am thinking of a second body to have two different zooms availably quickly without the need to change lens. The E-3 seems to have some real advantages but is pricey.

| Canon EOS Digital Rebel suddenly all black!? | 22 Apr 2008 06:13 GMT | 11 |
Howdy. I'm not a camera guy (a digital point and shoot is about my normal limit of semi-competence, so a digital SLR holds many mysteries for me), but am trying to make simple use of a Canon EOS Digital Rebel, model DS6041, for a project. We need to take some time-lapse photos, ...

| Cokin Infrared | 22 Apr 2008 03:34 GMT | 9 |
I've got two lenses. One zoom has a 67mm filter size. The other is a 50mm prime lens, on order, for a Nikon D70s, and I'm guessing the filter ring is going to be either 52 or 55. I want to do some infrared photography, but was having some problems

Anyone used a circular polarising filter on the Sigma 10-20. If so was there significant vignetting. If not - can it be used over a UV protection filter and still not vignette? Mike

Now that I have a D3, which has all sorts of color corrections in its electronics, do I still have a use for the myriad colored filters I have collected?

Right now I have Canon XT, Sigma 18-200, 17-55 kit (which I don't use it for now) I'm going to buy Canon 10-22. I'm not sure, will I still enjoy Sigma 18-200? Will it be still usefull for me?
