| When loyalty to a camera system = absolute blindness | 11 Aug 2007 21:29 GMT | 44 |
I can't believe some people. Some newby on the dpreview Olympus group posts about a magenta cast in the highlights in images of the Olympus E-510, and the KOOKS who guard the forum attack the guy, some with logically, but some are off the charts stupid. One poster refutes the

| Sony HVL-56AM and Minolta 3500xi Flash...Will they work together? | 11 Aug 2007 15:05 GMT | 3 |
I am new to digital SLR photography (photography in general really), and I just purchased the Sony HVL-56AM flash for my a-100 dSLR. I am trying to use it as a crude main/key light while using my old Minolta 3500xi flash as a fill

Not even an amateur yet, I've been fiddling around with my Nikon D70s long enough to find that I sometimes wish I had a tele lens. I had a look at the above in a photo shop, but I'm not qualified to say whether it would be the right choice for me, nor am I able to make enough ...

| 10 megapixel? | 10 Aug 2007 05:39 GMT | 37 |
I'm considering a digital SLR and am overwhelmed by everything that's available. I'm ready to move past the point and shoot cameras and would like 10+ megapixels. Is that too much? I've heard that unless you blow them up really large, there's almost no discernable difference. ...
